12.4 miles or 20 kilometer on the bike you must obey all traffic laws, your helmet must be on and chin strap fastened.

RUN

3.1 Miles are 5 kilometers you can walk or run the course or do a combination of the two.  Crawling is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

We will begin at the East Millard Swimming pool and bike from there south a few blocks and then turn east for two blocks and turn north on main street where you go straight and then under the overpass, past the Chevron and Carl's Jr. on to Cedar Mountain Rd. until you get to the big cement slab that used to be the potato shed. This is where we ditch the bikes for the running shoes and run through some fields for a while and end up at the finish line in lovely Greenwood, UT

Timing

Here's the deal. Everyone is going to time themselves when they start and end the race. It is easier this way, because all of the people that are running the race want to participate in it. So if you are a competitive-type person and want to know who did it the fastest we will have a sheet at the end where the times can be written down and the results will be announced after everyone is finished and on this blog. If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment and I will answer it the best I can.
